We will inform you about our work in five steps

  • Familiarization

    It is like a first date. First we size each other up, looking for your expectations and objectives. If you wish, we can agree on confidentiality, NDA is granted.

    Once we get to know each other, we will clarify your further ideas regarding the time, costs and other services. And if you want, we can help you assess the price of potential failure of the application.

  • Proposal for the service

    In this step, it is our turn to stick our neck out. We will present you the first proposal for the service with a list of individual steps, the time and financial demands, requirements placed on you, outputs and reports.

    We will give you a while to consider whether you will join in with us or not. Then you will send comments to us or we will meet again to clarify any unclear matters.

    It is important that we adapt to your needs. We will definitely not promise unreal deadlines or force you into unnecessary services.

  • The agreement

    Now it is getting serious, so we will confirm everything by our signature. You will be sure that we will deliver the service by the deadline and we will be sure that you mean what you say. We will also set up contact persons on both sides.

  • Cooperation

    A disappointed partner is one of the worst feelings that can be experienced. That is why we start working immediately to reduce the risk of failure of your software.

    The previous agreement determines the frequency and method of information exchange; from now on, we will inform you about the situation according to the plan. We can deliver the service continuously or in one go depending on our agreement.

  • Lessons learnt

    Within Lessons Learnt, we will monitor your business and product. Then we will give you feedback on your software. We will certainly not talk using just superlatives, but mention what can be improved.
